Samusocial International and Samusocial Moskva are looking for a consultant or a consulting company in order to implement the final evaluation of the project “Social assistance to homeless people in Russia”. The project has been implemented by the partners in the Russian Federation since January 2020 and will end in June 2023, and was funded by the European Union. Interested candidates will need to be entitled to implement the evaluation mission in the Russian Federation.
