« It takes great professionals to fight against great exclusion »

Doctor Xavier Emmanuelli

In the most advanced countries as in developing countries, the complex phenomenon of social exclusion is a constant that calls for a new type of intervention that responds professionally, effectively and humanely.

To successfully carry out its missions in accompanying the creation and development of samusocial systems,  samusocialInternational must be able to mobilize professionals committed and willing to put their skills at the service of populations whose life paths are always complex and for which traditional knowledge and know-how must adapt.

This is why all the professionals who join samusocialInternational, regardless of their status and/or position, both benefit from the experiences acquired by the association and contribute to enrich it, given that the problems of great social exclusion affect more and more diversified publics in multiple urban development contexts.

The samusocialInternational thus calls upon more and more people with varied competences to accompany the national samusocial systems or to ensure functions of management or supervision at the head office, within the framework of statutes adapted to each type of mission or function.

Each employee’s personal commitment to the “samusocial” values and principles is reflected in their adherence to the association’s samusocial charter and professional code of ethics, two documents that all employees are invited to sign, regardless of their status and mission.
